To the maximum extend that is acceptable under the law, AUTOPRRO responsibility shall be limited to an amount equal to the Products purchased value bought by You. AUTOPRRO shall not be responsible for any argument or disagreement between Users.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Maharashtra, India.
AUTOPRRO has the right to bring any proceedings before any court of competent jurisdiction and you revocably submit to the Jurisdiction of such courts. Any proceeding brought by you shall be exclusively before the courts in Maharashtra India.
